Trying to go sugar-free/lower sugar after a scary dentist appointment today where he basically told me my teeth will be full of holes very soon if I don’t change… so looking for advice on sugar alternatives. Not so keen on artificial sweeteners/sweeteners that lead to spikes in insulin and blood sugar levels, but any suggestions would be super - I feel like i’m in way over my head!
